HOW VENDOR BOOKING WORKS
1. Join the Vendor Directory
Add your business to our Vendor Directory to receive upcoming Vendor Calls.
2. Watch for Vendor Calls
Before each event, businesses in our Directory receive a Vendor Call. You'll have a limited window to put your name forward and select the vendor space you'd like.
3. We Curate the Lineup
Our Vendor Markets are intentionally curated to create a diverse mix of businesses and experiences. Submitting interest does not guarantee a space.
4. Get Accepted + Secure Your Spot
Selected vendors receive a private registration link and have 48 hours to complete payment. Once payment is received, you're officially confirmed!

W.I.L.D Women™ events are intentionally curated to ensure a diverse and engaging experience for both attendees and participating businesses.
Vendor opportunities are not offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Businesses are thoughtfully selected based on factors such as:
Event theme and speaker alignment
Business category and variety
Space availability
Overall fit for the W.I.L.D Women™ community
This helps us create a boutique event experience that benefits both our attendees and participating businesses.
