By accessing our Site or attending our Events, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of our Site and do not purchase tickets for our Events.

1. Who We Are

W.I.L.D Women™ (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a women-centered community events platform focused on connection, empowerment, and personal development.
Our website provides event information, ticket purchasing, vendor and sponsor opportunities, and community updates.

2. Eligibility

W.I.L.D Women™ Events are women-only spaces.
Attendance is open to adults who identify as women and are 18 years of age or older.

By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Event Tickets

A. Ticket Purchases

All tickets must be purchased through our website or approved ticketing partner (TicketTailor).

B. Refund Policy

Tickets are non-refundable unless an event is cancelled by W.I.L.D Women™.
If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another woman by contacting us directly at:

C. Event Changes

We reserve the right to change event details (venue, speaker lineup, schedule, capacity, etc.) if necessary.
Any changes will be communicated via email or posted on our Site.

4. Community Conduct

W.I.L.D Women™ aims to create a supportive, empowering, safe space for all attendees.
By attending an Event, you agree to:

• Be respectful and inclusive

• Refrain from discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior

• Follow all event guidelines provided by hosts or venue staff

We reserve the right to remove any attendee who violates this code of conduct without refund.

5. Accessibility

We are committed to hosting Events that are physically accessible to wheelchair users and those with mobility challenges.
If you have accessibility needs or questions, please contact us in advance so we can support your participation.

6. Photography & Media Release

By attending W.I.L.D Women™ Events, you understand and agree that:

• Photos and videos may be taken of the Event and its attendees

• These images may be used in future marketing, promotions, or social media

• You will not receive compensation for the use of your image

If you prefer not to appear in photos, please let the host know at check-in so accommodations can be made.

7. Vendor & Sponsor Agreements

Vendors and sponsors participating in W.I.L.D Women™ Events agree to terms outlined in their respective agreements.
Submitting a vendor or sponsor application does not guarantee acceptance.
We reserve the right to select businesses that best align with our Event vision and attendee experience.

8. Third-Party Tools & Services

Our Site may link to or integrate tools provided by third parties, including:

• TicketTailor

• Payment processors (e.g., Stripe)

• Social media platforms

• Email marketing tools

We are not responsible for content, policies, or practices of third-party sites. Please review their Terms independently.
